A Rant About the Music Industry
This is my first podcast rant. Huzzah. I ask you all to give it a listen, and hell, leave a comment here if you want to discuss my thoughts further.

I listened to your podcasts and checked out your artwork. Very impressive. You’ve got some amazing talent to be able to draw like that. I’m a big manga/anime fan so I really dig what you’ve got. Right on with your opinions about music, too. Every artist of any genre deserves a chance even if it isn’t what you “normally listen to.” I mostly listen to heavy metal. I like a lot of the “scream” bands you don’t care for, but I like a lot of less heavy metal bands and quite a few rock bands, too. I’m a firm believer that if I listen to an album and like it that I should go buy it. If I listen to an album and its total crap except for one or two songs then the artist doesn’t deserve my money. More often than not bands will throw together albums knowing that there aren’t many good songs on it, but since they know one or two songs will get heavy airtime on the radio its worth it to get the cash.
Very good podcast. Maybe sometime you can join us on Skype for an episode of DoucheCast. I love to rant and argue about music so it could get interesting.
